Ingredients:
- 1 round (8oz) Brie cheese, rind removed
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup dried apples, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
Putting It All Together:
- Place Brie in a microwave safe bowl
- In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and stir well
- Pour over Brie
- Microwave for 90 seconds
