BBQ Turkey

Ingredients:
- 1-2 lb turkey breast
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce (Carter recommends mixing a heavy sauce with a liquid sauce since the turkey will soak it up)
Putting It All Together (directly quoted from Carter) :
- Put turkey in the crockpot
- Pour vinegar over turkey
- Cook it
- Chop it
- Sauce it
Now that is what I call easy!! Cooking takes about 2-3 hours on low in the crockpot. When you remove the turkey from the crockpot, use a sharp knife coarsely chop the meat so that it is fine. I used a bottle of thick NC style sauce and added a little of the juice from the crockpot. It was incredible on sandwiches! Thank you Carter for a truly wonderful and easy recipe! Enjoy!
