		<description><![CDATA[Hi Laura!  Pick two large onions and ensure you place them on the bottom of the crockpot, below your meat.  The onions create all the moisture you need.  I am very picky about my crockpot recipes because for years I thought everything that came out of the crockpot just tasted like watery mush.  Until I learned to use veggies to create the moisture. Using just the onions will not only keep your meat moist but also add great flavor to the steaks.  Enjoy!]]></description>
