      Ann,
Here is my recipe entry for the contest. If nothing else I hope you guys like it!!!! This recipe is my own creation that came out of a weekend visit with my parents. My dad is a very picky eater, especially when it comes to italian food, so when he ate two helpings I knew this was a winner.
Hopefully you guys will like it!!!

      Happy Eating!

      Baked Ziti
1 16oz box of Ziti Noodles
1 16oz jar of Ragu (Tomato, Onion, & Garlic) Sauce
1/2-1 cup of fresh shredded parmesean cheese
2 cups of Shredded Italian cheese (mix blend- the kind you like)

And add any vegetables or meat(already cooked) you want (I usually use leftover chicken from the day before)

Boil the Ziti noodles under tender.

Then place noodles in casserole dish. Pour Ragu sauce over the noodles. Now stir the cheese (parmesean cheese & 1 cup of cheese blend) in with the noodles and sauce. Also add your choice meat & veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Then spread the remainder cheese over the top. Place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
