Little Miracles and Little Pies

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed and cooked
- 4 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (15oz) refrigerated pie pastry
Putting It All Together:
- In a large bowl combine chicken, veggies, seasonings and soups.
- Grease 6 small 4 inch oven proof crocks with non-stick cooking spray.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly between crocks.
- Roll out pie crust and cut six 4 inch circles.
- Place crocks on large baking sheet.
- Place pastry circles on top of chicken mixture.
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
