Skip’s Spicy Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 2.5 lbs ground beef or turkey
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 16oz jar salsa (some reserved for top)
- 1/4 cup Valentina Hot Sauce
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- chopped onion and bell peppers (as much as you like)
Putting It All Together:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
- Mush the raw, goopy meatloaf between your fingers (icky but fun)
- Place in 13×9 inch pan and form into loaf
- Top with reserved salsa
- Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours (check after one hour)
