| Glazed Asparagus |
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, ends chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Heat butter and brown sugar over medium heat in a large, deep skillet, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Add asparagus and saute for 3 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat when asparagus is still crisp tender.
- Boil remaining sauce until reduced by half.
- Pour over asparagus and serve.
- Enjoy!
